Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: June 24, 2026
1.Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the TeleRadar platform. It supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
2.Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or any code designed to harm systems or data
- Engage in phishing, social engineering, or identity fraud
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) via Telegram or any connected channel
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse any individual or group
- Distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or facilitate exploitation of minors
- Facilitate or promote terrorism, violent extremism, or organized crime
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms
- Impersonate TeleRadar, its employees, or any other person or entity
- Mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated workloads on the platform infrastructure
3.Telegram-Specific Restrictions
Because TeleRadar operates as a Telegram automation layer, additional rules apply:
- No unauthorized scraping. You may only monitor channels you have legitimate access to or that are publicly accessible
- No ban evasion. You may not use TeleRadar to bypass Telegram bans or restrictions on your accounts
- No channel takeover. You may not use forwarding rules to impersonate or clone another entity’s channel without their consent
- No ToS circumvention. You may not use TeleRadar in a manner that violates Telegram’s own Terms of Service
4.Rate Limits and Fair Use
Each plan tier includes documented rate limits for API calls, message forwarding, and webhook deliveries. You agree not to:
- Exceed published rate limits through programmatic or manual means
- Use multiple accounts to circumvent per-account quotas
- Generate artificial load to stress-test the platform without prior written permission
We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit abnormal usage patterns that degrade service quality for other customers.
5.Content Standards
You are solely responsible for the content processed through your TeleRadar workspace, including forwarded messages, filter rules, and AI summaries. Content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable may be removed, and accounts processing such content may be suspended.
We do not proactively monitor customer content, but we will act on verified reports and legal requests in accordance with our Law Enforcement Guidelines.
6.Monitoring and Enforcement
We may monitor aggregate platform metrics (not individual message content) to detect abuse patterns. Upon identifying a potential AUP violation, we may:
- Issue a warning with a remediation deadline
- Temporarily restrict specific features or API access
- Suspend or permanently terminate the offending account
- Report the activity to law enforcement where legally required
Enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion. Where feasible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond before taking permanent action.
7.Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@teleradar.org. Include as much detail as possible, including the account or workspace involved, the nature of the violation, and any supporting evidence.
We treat all reports confidentially and will not disclose reporter identity except as required by law.
